The E-An Zen Fund honors E-an’s vision, put forward in his 1992 Presidential Address, of GSA’s role “to accept our public obligation to be good citizen-geologists” through diligent efforts to communicate science for the public benefit. The E-An Zen Fund will support GSA participation in events like the innovative GSA Town Hall. GSA Town Hall events convene experts across multiple disciplines to examine the impacts and mitigation strategies of significant geologic events. Your gift will help us reach the the goal of $100,000 set by E-an’s friends and colleagues who have already supported the fund.
