The purpose of the Ian Campbell Endowed Fund is to support reasonable costs to the American Geological Institute (AGI), GSA, AASG, and the Mineralogical Society of America (MSA), in the award of the AGI Medal in Memory of Ian Campbell as one of the most prestigious awards presented during the Presidential Address and Awards Ceremony at GSA Connects; and to support reasonable costs to AGI, GSA, AASG, and MSA in recognition of the Campbell Medalist in their respective publications and meetings.
